\u5927\u8111\u5065\u5eb7\u662f\u4efb\u52a1\u6210\u529f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002\u9c7c\u7c7b\u548c\u4e9a\u9ebb\u7c7d\u4e2d\u7684 Omega-3 \u8102\u80aa\u9178\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u8ba4\u77e5\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u51b3\u7b56\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u6d46\u679c\u548c\u7eff\u53f6\u852c\u83dc\u4e2d\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5242\u80fd\u5bf9\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5934\u8111\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u652f\u6301<\/strong> \u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6267\u884c\u4efb\u52a1\u4f1a\u4f7f\u58eb\u5175\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u5404\u79cd\u75c5\u539f\u4f53\u3002\u996e\u98df\u4e2d\u5bcc\u542b\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20 A\u3001C \u548c E \u4ee5\u53ca\u950c\u548c\u7852\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u5f3a\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u56e0\u751f\u75c5\u800c\u505c\u5de5\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6062\u590d\u548c\u4fee\u590d\uff1a<\/strong> (MRE) \u662f\u519b\u4e8b\u8425\u517b\u7684\u4e3b\u98df\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b9\u4fbf\u3001\u8d27\u67b6\u7a33\u5b9a\u548c\u8425\u517b\u5747\u8861\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4fbf\u643a\u6027<\/strong> MREs \u8bbe\u8ba1\u8f7b\u4fbf\uff0c\u6613\u4e8e\u643a\u5e26\uff0c\u662f\u7ecf\u5e38\u79fb\u52a8\u7684\u58eb\u5175\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u5305\u88c5\u7ecf\u4e45\u8010\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u62b5\u5fa1\u6076\u52a3\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8425\u517b\u5e73\u8861\uff1a<\/strong> \u6bcf\u4efd MRE \u90fd\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7cbe\u5fc3\u914d\u5236\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5747\u8861\u7684\u5b8f\u91cf\u8425\u517b\u7d20\u7ec4\u5408--\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u548c\u8102\u80aa\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20\u548c\u77ff\u7269\u8d28\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u58eb\u5175\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u4f73\u8868\u73b0\u6240\u9700\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u548c\u8425\u517b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5feb\u901f\u51c6\u5907<\/strong> MRE \u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fbf\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u51c6\u5907\u3002\u8fd9\u5728\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u8d44\u6e90\u6709\u9650\u7684\u4f5c\u6218\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570 MRE \u53ef\u4ee5\u51b7\u98df\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u65e0\u706b\u7130\u53e3\u7cae\u52a0\u70ed\u5668\u52a0\u70ed\uff0c\u6216\u53ea\u9700\u52a0\u6c34\u5373\u53ef\u51c6\u5907\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u54c1\u79cd\u548c\u53e3\u5473\uff1a<\/strong> \u73b0\u4ee3 MRE \u6709\u5404\u79cd\u53e3\u5473\u548c\u81b3\u98df\uff0c\u53ef\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u996e\u98df\u504f\u597d\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u58eb\u5175\u4e0d\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u83dc\u5355\u75b2\u52b3\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u8425\u517b\u96f6\u98df\uff1a\u7ef4\u6301\u80fd\u91cf\u6c34\u5e73<\/h2>\n<p>\u9664 MRE \u5916\uff0c\u5373\u98df\u96f6\u98df\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u6301\u80fd\u91cf\u6c34\u5e73\u548c\u9f13\u821e\u58eb\u6c14\u4e5f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u96f6\u98df\u7eb3\u5165\u58eb\u5175\u996e\u98df\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u5b9e\u7528\u5efa\u8bae\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u80fd\u91cf\u68d2<\/strong>
