Boj proti korupcii, sankcie a kontrola v\u00fdvozu<\/h4>\n<p>We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, bribery and conflicts of interest. Given the size of our company and our risk profile - operations primarily within the Netherlands and the EU, with no business relationships in high-risk countries - this policy is proportionate in design. In concrete terms: employees may not offer or accept gifts, payments or favours that could influence business decisions; all payments are made exclusively through traceable banking channels and no material cash transactions take place; management reviews every new business relationship before an agreement is entered into; and employees can report suspected irregularities directly and confidentially to management.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we operate a strict sanctions and export control policy. Business relationships are screened against the consolidated EU sanctions list, and we follow the guidelines and licensing requirements of the Dutch Central Import and Export Office (CDIU). We do not enter into transactions with sanctioned parties, entities or countries. Where export licences are required, they are applied for through the CDIU and documented. Responsibility for these controls rests with our executive management. To date, we have had no corruption- or sanctions-related incidents.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>2. Ako spolo\u010dnos\u0165 p\u00f4sobiaca v Holandsku a v E\u00da, ktor\u00e1 nem\u00e1 dod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00e9 re\u0165azce v krajin\u00e1ch s vysok\u00fdm rizikom, je na\u0161a vystavenos\u0165 rizik\u00e1m v oblasti \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v obmedzen\u00e1. Napriek tomu si uvedomujeme svoju zodpovednos\u0165 za prevenciu negat\u00edvnych vplyvov na \u013eudsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1va a za ich rie\u0161enie v pr\u00edpade potreby.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>3. Ako sa t\u00e1to podpora prejavuje<\/h4>\n<p>Na\u0161a podpora z\u00e1sad OSN pre podniky a \u013eudsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1va (UNGPs) sa prejavuje v na\u0161om ka\u017edodennom podnikan\u00ed: dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm holandsk\u00fdch a eur\u00f3pskych pr\u00e1vnych predpisov v oblasti pr\u00e1ce a \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v, spravodliv\u00fdmi pracovn\u00fdmi podmienkami, overovan\u00edm obchodn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov vo\u010di sank\u010dn\u00e9mu zoznamu E\u00da a starostliv\u00fdm v\u00fdberom dod\u00e1vate\u013eov.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>4. Proces n\u00e1le\u017eitej starostlivosti v oblasti \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v<\/h4>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 proces n\u00e1le\u017eitej starostlivosti je primeran\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161mu rizikov\u00e9mu profilu a riadi sa \u0161iestimi krokmi usmernen\u00ed OECD pre nadn\u00e1rodn\u00e9 podniky v s\u00falade so z\u00e1sadami OSN pre podniky a \u013eudsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1va (UNGPs).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Zodpovedn\u00e9 podnikanie je zakotven\u00e9 v na\u0161ich z\u00e1sad\u00e1ch: integrita a dodr\u017eiavanie \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou na\u0161ej firemnej politiky a vedenie spolo\u010dnosti ich akt\u00edvne presadzuje.<\/li>\n<li>We identify and assess risks by periodically reviewing our value chain. Our suppliers and customers are located primarily within the Netherlands and the EU, where labour and human rights are safeguarded by law; we have no operations or supply chains in high-risk countries. Screening against the consolidated EU sanctions list forms part of every business relationship assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Predch\u00e1dzame nepriazniv\u00fdm vplyvom a zmier\u0148ujeme ich: pri v\u00fdbere nov\u00fdch dod\u00e1vate\u013eov a z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov posudzujeme ich spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 a dodr\u017eiavanie platn\u00fdch pr\u00e1vnych predpisov a pri v\u00fdvozn\u00fdch transakci\u00e1ch postupujeme pod\u013ea usmernen\u00ed CDIU, vr\u00e1tane pod\u00e1vania \u017eiadost\u00ed o v\u00fdvozn\u00e9 povolenia, ak to vy\u017eaduj\u00fa predpisy o kontrole v\u00fdvozu. Prehodnocuje sa v\u017edy, ke\u010f d\u00f4jde k podstatnej zmene v na\u0161ich \u010dinnostiach alebo v hodnotovom
